He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Upham (Fabrizio); and his parents, Charles Upham and Clementine Upham (Quinn). He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Howell (Paul) of Milton, VT, Kathleen Wright (Starker) of Milford, NJ and Amy Berk (Jonathan) of Astoria, NY; his grandchildren, Samantha Howell, Ethan Howell, Aidan Ferry, Ryan Ferry, Gus Berk and Oscar Berk; and his siblings, Ellen, Joyce, Carole, Rita, Michael and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
