He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Bump" Daley and Ruth Daley. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan, Spencer, Michael and Eric; and his children-in-law, Zach, Lauren, Mackenzie and Molly. He is also survived by his six siblings.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hallett Funeral Home (273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Pius X Church (98 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664).
