He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mazzone and Alice Mazzone (Fenio). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary P. Mazzone (Blascio); his children, John M. Mazzone (Denise) of Milford, MA, Lisa M. Rooney (Michael) of Uxbridge, MA, Maria A. Muir (Michael) of Sun Valley, ID and Michael J. Mazzone (Robin) of Park City, UT; and his grandchildren, Lauren Mazzone, Lindsey Romano (Scott), Mikayla, Kayte Rooney, Theo and Nickolas Mazzone.
