It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen J. Cotter (West Dennis, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 2, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cotter and Ida Cotter. She is survived by: her cousin Lawrence Caruso (Jackie); and her nephews, Richard Mcphillips and John.
