He was predeceased by: his parents, Loring K. Phillips and Ethel J. Phillips (Reed); and his sister Ethel Payne (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Martha Phillips (Crowell); his sister Martha Osborne (Phillips) of Durham; his nieces, Natasha Osborne-Howe of York and Lee DeNauw (Osborne) of Edgewater; and also, Paul Howe, Michael DeNauw, Dianne Hamilton of West Harwich and Priscilla Young of West Harwich.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hallett Funeral Home (273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
