We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2025, Alfred L. Roy of West Dennis, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janice Roy; his children, Alfred Roy Jr. of Cherry Valley, MA, Melissa Morley (John) of North Easton, MA, Jacqueline Roy of Braintree, MA and Claudette Baker (Stephen) of Carlsbad, CA; his grandchildren, Andrew (Alicia), Isabella Roy, John, Jenna, Sarah Morley, Meredith Torriani, Stephen and Abigail Baker; his parents, L. Alfred and Isabelle (Phaneuf); and his brother Bernard Roy. He was also cherished by 2 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (12 Hammond St, Worcester, MA 01610). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Church (1222 Main St, Worcester, MA 01603).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN.
