He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Welch and Mildred Welch (Olson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Welch of West Brookfield; his children, Richard, Robert Welch and Melissa Collins (Richard); his stepchildren, Scott Nichols of West Brookfield, Laurie Broman of West Brookfield and Melissa Corbett of Sturbridge; his sister Janice Tetreault (Ted); his grandchildren, Meaghan Collins, Abigail Welch, Emily Welch, Thomas Welch, Timothy Welch and Renna Welch; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Nichols, Travis Nichols, Nicholas Broman and Madison Corbett; and his pet Lucie.
