He is survived by: his children, James Banville (Kathy Sullivan), Donna Patrick, Julie Black and Mark Wheeler (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Ian, Allison Banville, Rachel, Courtney Patrick, Shein Wheeler, Shannon Canavan, Josh, Nathan Black, Mark, Emily and Adam Wheeler; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Cora, Ty, Serenity, Burgandy, Corie and Shane; his nephew Dennis Banville; and his niece Debbie Slysz. He is also survived by her family as well as many friends.
