She was predeceased by: her husband Joshua Fickett; her parents, Dennis Halsdorff and Jean Halsdorff (Gibbons); her sister Erin Halsdorff; her cousin James Gibbons; and her grandparents, John, Helen Gibbons (O'Malley), Benjamin and Gloria Halsdorff (Menard).
She is survived by: her cousin Erin (Jimmy); her son Hunter Oldenburg of Oxford, MA.; her siblings, Dennis Halsdorff II of West Brookfield, MA and Colleen Palacios (Anthony); her nieces and nephews, Clover of Brookfield, MA and Winter of Brookfield, MA; her cousin John Gibbons; and her parents-in-law, Mark and Teresa Grubbs of Brookfield, MA.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and so many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the The Barn at Wight Farm (420 Main St, Sturbridge, MA 01566). They lived a fairytale love story for several years and were finally married in 2020 in Paxton, MA, during the height of the pandemic.
