We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2020, at the age of 58, Jeffrey Toppin of West Brookfield, Massachusetts, born in Ware, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, John S. Toppin and Priscilla A. Toppin (Gresty); his children, Jason Toppin, Josh Toppin and Olivia Toppin; his partner's son Sean Welch; his granddaughter Haylee Nash; and his sisters, Becky Miglionico (Nick) and Beth Campbell (Kevin).

In accordance with the current COVID-19 MA guidelines, masks must be worn while at the Funeral Home and while in the cemetery and social distancing guidelines must be followed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the West Brookfield Fireman's Relief Association, P.O. Box 53, West Brookfield, MA 01585.

He was definitely one of my favorites...soft spoken, accommodating, friendly.....just a great guy. Jeff delivered the concrete to one of my jobs about a month ago, and when I saw him pull up I knew that my afternoon just got so much easier and enjoyable......I even commented about it to the homeowner.
