He was predeceased by: his aunt Hollie Paquette. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Para and Jennifer Para; his brothers, Daniel Para and Bryan Para; his grandparents, Robert Fierro (Frann), Gayle Fierro, Richard Para (Tina) and Debra Parker (Stephen); and his aunts and uncles, Crystal Cooper (Carl), Robert Fierro, John Paquette, Bridgette Yanez, Eric Para (Latoya), Shane Para (Wendi) and Rachel King (Sam). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jacob's name to Quaboag Regional High School Music Department, 284 Old West Brookfield Road, Warren, MA, 01083.
