He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert, Darlene and Dorene Madrazo; and his parents, Raymond Madrazo and Joan Madrazo (Lacroix).

He is survived by: his children, Darcy J. Madrazo, Evan M. Madrazo and Caitlyn A. Churchey; his grandson Nathaniel Nerkowski; his friend Douglas Blood (Elaine) of West Brookfield; his former wife Anna-Marie Marshall (Downey); and his siblings, Kevin Madrazo and Debbie Waugh.
