He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman A. Smith and Rose D. Smith (Fuller). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Smith of West Brookfield; his daughter Sarah Smith of Quincy; and his sisters, Linda DeMatte (Roberto) of Ware and Karen McNabb (Robert) of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
