She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Frazier; her brother Rev. Lawrence O'Brien; and her parents, Alfred L. O'Brien and Helena L. O'Brien (Moore). She is survived by: her son David Frazier of West Brookfield; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Paul), James, David and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Matthew and Gabriella; and her stepmother Elizabeth Edwards O'Brien.
