It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Frazier of West Brookfield, Massachusetts, born in Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Frazier; her brother Rev. Lawrence O'Brien; and her parents, Alfred L. O'Brien and Helena L. O'Brien (Moore). She is survived by: her son David Frazier of West Brookfield; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Paul), James, David and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Matthew and Gabriella; and her stepmother Elizabeth Edwards O'Brien.
