He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Tyrrell and Mary J. Tyrrell (Kenney); his sister Marjorie Burke; and his son-in-law David Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Blanche M. Tyrrell (Barron); his children, William F. Tyrrell (Donna) of Carver, Thomas E. Tyrrell of West Bridgewater, Mary Nelson of Bridgewater and Paul M. Tyrrell (Lisa) of Marshfield; and his siblings, Charles Tyrrell (Chick) of Syracuse, Barbara Nugent of Mashpee and Marion O'Brien of East Bridgewater. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
