He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Cockburn and Agnes Cockburn (Milligan); his wife Sandra E. Trenholm; his daughters, Elaine W. Park (Samuel) of Walpole, Laura E. Ball (Spencer) of Wayland, Alexandra B. Tisdale (Benjamin) of Boston and Victoria A. Coburn of Salem; his grandchildren, Cameron, Sydney, Avery, Devon, Ian, Connor, Anya and Wallace; and his brother Alexander "Sandy" Cockburn.
