She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph K. Hashem and Lorice Hashem; and her brother Steven Hashem. She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Hashem and Mary Hajj; her son Harrison Hajj; her nieces and nephews, Chantelle, Katreena, Ramon, Yousef, Jacob and Kayla Hashem; her great-niece Baby Elena Lorice; and also Sheila Hashem. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.
