He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Higgins and Mary Louise Higgins (Pomerleau). He is survived by: his siblings, Roland F. Higgins, Jr., Kevin Higgins, Cheryl Cormier, Cynthia Higgins and Brenda Morin. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews.
