It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah (Merlo) Forman of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Merlo and Carol Merlo; her sisters, Dinise Barone (Michael), Diana O'Keefe and Darlene Madore; her husband John Lantz; her children, Evan Forman of Easton, MA, Carolyn Rooney (Brian) of Easton, MA and Janelle Craig (JD) of Easton, MA; and her grandchildren, Jack, Brielle, Shae, Thomas and Maeve. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
