It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Noe (West Bridgewater, Massachusetts), born in Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Seraphine Machado; and her sibling William G. Packard. She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Machado; her children, Janice Molinari (Michael) of West Bridgewater, Jeanne McPartland of Everett, MA and Jesse Noe of West Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Marissa Molinari, Christopher Molinari, Steven Molinari, Michelle Farrah, Melissa McPartland, Kayla McCarthy, Jason McCarthy, Michael McCarthy, Joseph Machado, Steven Maguire, Zachary Davis, Nicholas Davis and Jesse Noe, Jr.; and her siblings, Beverly Conley, Dennis Packard, David Packard, Mary Patterson, Philip Packard and Jeanne Packard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
