He is survived by: his parents, Summer G. Cook and Frances Cook (McGee); his significant other Marcia Gay Sullivan; his daughters, Heidi Harper and Heather Cook of Millinocket; his sister-in-law Janet Cook; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jillian Harper and George; and also, Susanna Bagdis, Bruce Fenn, Allen R. Howe, Deborah Walsh, Rebecca Henry, Jon Cook, Marjorie Cutting and Robert Cook. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
