He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret M Kelly R. N. (Hickey); his parents, Joseph E. Kelly and Mary Kelly (Boyan); his siblings, Paul J., William C., Dr. Joseph E., Dr Leo T., Girard T., Charles A., John M. and Mary O'Connell; and his nephew Joseph O'Connell.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Dennis F. Kelly, Robert F. Kelly, Theresa A. Kelly and Margaret M. Zaccaro (Paul N. Zaccaro).
