She was predeceased by: her sister Virginia LaVigne; and her parents, Edward Pyne and Mary Pyne (Cotter). She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Novia; her sons, Dennis R. Novia (Paula) of West Boylston, James E. Novia (Elaine) of West Boylston and Kevin P. Novia of Worcester; her grandchildren, Alison, Andrew, Patrick, Sarah and Jessica; her great grandchild Jariella; and her brother Edward Pyne.
