He is survived by: his daughter Lucy Sky Frongillo; his mother Annette M. (Carbone); his stepfather Richard O'Brien; his father Michael J. Frongillo, Jr. of Worcester; his stepsiblings, James O'Brien (Jessica) of Falmouth and Caitlyn O'Brien of Cambridge; and his half-sister Noelle Frongillo of Worcester. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and close friends.
