With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn R. (Flagg) Ethier (West Boylston, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maro P. Flagg and Ruth M. Flagg (Potter); her husband Robert D. Ethier of Leicester; and her siblings, Arthur Flagg and Mary Ann Himmer.

She is survived by: her daughters, April M. Ethier of West Boylston and Andrea L. Dolan (Joseph) of Sterling; her siblings, James M. Flagg of Sterling, Bette Mitchell of Paxton, Jane L. Houghton of West Boylston, Maro P. Flagg, Jr. of Sutton, Sandra Carroll of West Boylston and Christine Wickstrom of West Boylston; and her grandchildren, Joseph C. Jr., Alexis B. Dolan and James Gurley, Jr.. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson Association Massachusetts Chapter, 72 East Concord St., Room C-3, Boston, MA 02118.
