She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Hammarstrom; her sisters, Ruth Peterson and Dorothy Schonning; and her parents, Emil Gullbrand and Ellen Gullbrand (Johnson).

She is survived by: her children, Robert P. Hammarstrom of Worcester and Janet L. Hammarstrom of Sutton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
