He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Neary and Elizabeth Neary (Mullaney); his son Kevin Patrick; his brothers, John (Jack) and Michael; and his nephew Paul Lambert.

He is survived by: his wife Marie "Jackie" Neary; his daughter Michele Neary (Edward DeMarco); his sister Joan Lambert (Paul); and his sister-in-law Gwen Neary.

Kevin's dedication and attention to detail resulted in significant contributions to the Treasury Department and he was highly respected in his field.
