He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine N. McKiernan (Motherway); his wife Dorothea R. "Doris" McKiernan (Teller); and his siblings, Carol A. Kelly, George F. McKiernan and Thomas P. McKiernan.
He is survived by: his father George A. McKiernan; his daughter Christine McKiernan (Kevin McAllister); his grandchildren, Siobhan and Aileen McAllister of South Hadley; and his daughter Colleen McKiernan of Somerville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fay Brothers Funeral Home (1 W Boylston St, West Boylston, MA 01583). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (111 Worcester St, West Boylston, MA 01583).
