She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph T. Starr; her siblings, Stanley, Walter, Mitchell, Francis Pogorzelksi, Harriett Sadowski and Helen Lizewski; and her parents, Boleslaw Pogorzelski and Saturnina Pogorzelski (Trzaska).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Starr Sojka (Paul) of Richmond, VA, Nancy Starr Chapman (David) of Pittsburgh, PA, Kathryn Starr Croan (Daniel) of Bernalillo, NM and Judith A. Starr of Lakeville, MA.; her grandchildren, Stephen, Joseph Sojka, Christine, Daniel Chapman, Andrew and Rachel Croan; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Luke Sojka, Camden Evans, Callen Nichols and Sevi Croan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
