He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cahill and Marcelle Cahill (Costa); and his brothers, William, Robert and James Cahill.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Cahill (Jernstrom); his children, Elizabeth M. O'Brien, Michelle L. Doucimo and Scott F. Cahill (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kristina E. Harper (Jarrod), Kelsea S. O'Brien, Brianna E. Sifferlen (Ryan), Morgan V. Doucimo and Hunter A. Doucimo; his great grandchildren, Audriana M. Cirilo, Carter D. Harper and Dillon A Harper; his brother Richard Cahill (Brenda); his sister-in-law Sandra Allen; and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
