He was predeceased by: his parents, Eero A. Aijala and Amelia M. Aijala (DaCosta). He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Aijala (Sherman); his children, Karen M. Aijala of Worcester, Eric J. Aijala (Lisa) of Burbank, CA, Michael K. Aijala (Lisa) of Pottstown, PA and Kristen R. Aijala (Tony) of Worcester; his stepchildren, Andrew J. Senior of Paxton and Kelly G. Senior of Holden; his brother Robert M. Aijala (Beverly) of Cape Cod; his cousins, Christine Avila of Burlington and June Sears of Fitchburg; and his grandchildren, Dana, Benjamin, Samuel, Deon, Ava, Brooke, Sarah, Danielle and Gwen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
