She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her significant other Martin "Junior" Walsh; and her sister Bridget of England. She is survived by: her parents, John O'Malley and Mary O'Malley (O'Toole); her children, Walter P. "Patrick" Gallivan, Jr. (Susan), Mary Minor (Stephen) and Ann Marie Keane (Jim); and her siblings, Nora Theresa, Mary Theresa of Ireland and Tony of England. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
