It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Charles Bancroft of West Barnstable, Massachusetts, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bancroft and Theresa Bancroft. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Lisa) of West Barnstable and Valerie Kelly (Jim) of Pembroke; his daughter-in-law Mary Bancroft of Orleans; his children, Edward (Patricia) of Marion, Eileen Neary (Paul) of Centerville and Jim (Cyndi) of Marstons Mills; his granddaughter June Bancroft (Jeff Lucas) of Portland, OR; his son Eric (Rachael) of West Barnstable; and his wife Nancy Wilson Bancroft of The Villages, FL.. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
