It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Prudence Howes-Joseph of West Barnstable, Massachusetts, born in Hyannis, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howes and Suzanne Howes of Barnstable; and her brother Christopher Howes. She is survived by: her husband Mel Joseph; her daughters, Amy Howes-Joseph and Kate Howes-Joseph; and her sister Lucinda Parmenter (Richard Parmenter).
