He is survived by: his wife Risa; his children, Gracyn, Truman, David and Rachel Hiew; his sister Linda Rondinone (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Micah, Bethany and Renee; his brother Brian (Lesley); his nephew Mike; his niece Julie of Plymouth; his son-in-law Justin Hiew; his uncles, Jack Fowler (Leslie) and Bill Fowler (Marlise); his cousins, Michael and Kevin Fowler (Maire); and his siblings-in-law, Col. Louis Berman (Tiffany), Col. Nathan Berman, Tina Keller (Ray), Nina (late Bill Berman) and Rick Swears (Patty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
