He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell A. Sr. Plummer and Ethel Plummer (Lunde) of Beverly; and his son William "Billy" Plummer of Hampton, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Plummer (Villa); his sons, David and Joseph of Wenham; his brothers, Roger Plummer (Pam) of Kennebunk, ME and Raymond Plummer of Beverly; his daughter-in-law Peggy Plummer of Hampton, VA; his granddaughters, Tresha Bouldin and Stacey Payne; and his sister-in-law Ann Villa of Reedville. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
