He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa "Tess" Gesmundo; his parents, Remigio Breda and Gioconda Breda; his siblings, Alice Capistran (George) of Chelsea and Geno Breda (Marianne) of Revere; and his siblings-in-law, Anne and Paul Gesmundo of Hamilton.
He is survived by: his sister Claire Fitzgerald (John "Bud") of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Silva Garnett (Will), Brett Silva, Anthony D'Angelo, Shawn O'Keefe (Alexa), Caroline O'Keefe and Ariana O'Keefe; and his great grandchild Mason Garnett. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
