He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sr. Fiory and Frances R. Fiory (Neal); and his brother Nicholas Fiory Jr. of Salem, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Judith P. Fiory (Hutchins); his children, Jeffrey D. Fiory of Lusby, Gregory J. Fiory (Myra) of Punta Gorda and Valerie D. Fiory of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Jonathan D. Loveless, Tara L. and Megan R. Fiory. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
