He was predeceased by: his wife Ann T. Fagan (Cloherty); and his sisters, Helen Fagan and Jane Vahey. He is survived by: his children, Maura A. Fagan M. D. of Wellesley, Ann T. Sarpu (Kenneth) of South Windsor, CT, Eileen M. Gustin (Kenneth) of Needham, Michael J. Fagan of Brooklyn, NY and Kathleen M. Fagan (Joseph Delapp) of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Bridget, Brendan, Kevin, Kathleen, Joseph, Michael and Julia; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Ann; and his brother Philip Fagan of Middlesex, VT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
