He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen O'Hare and John Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Constance Rogers Sullivan; his children, Lynn Anne and Daniel Paul; his daughter-in-law Sheelah; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Erin, Shane Nolan, Joanie, Norah, Maggie and May Sullivan.
