He was predeceased by: his parent Florence Haines Stover; and his granddaughter Madeline Lamson of Medway. He is survived by: his parent Wilbur J. Stover; his daughters, Meredith Stover of Wellesley and Alyson Lamson (Robert) of Medway; his brother Edward of Newton; and his grandson Matthew Stover Lamson of Medway.
