We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2024, Patricia Anne Phelan of Wellesley, Massachusetts, born in Bristol, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Patricia Anne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia Anne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hubert Phelan and Laurine Phelan; her brothers, Kevin (late Anne) of Wellesley and Brian (Diane) of Wayland; and her nieces, Alicia Erickson, Carrie Leto, Lauren Lipscomb, Kristin Phelan and Elizabeth Strom.
