Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Luisa leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Casanova and Rosa Maria Espinosa Casanova. She is survived by: her children, Maria Luisa Hunnewell Newman (Larry) of Wellesley, Walter Hunnewell Jr. (Lila) of Wellesley, Francis Welles Hunnewell (Emily) of Wellesley and Jane Peele Hunnewell Kaplan (Harold) of Wellesley. She is also survived by her parents, siblings, and 19 nieces and nephews, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (79 Denton Rd, Wellesley, MA 02482).
