He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas Kendrick and Elizabeth Kendrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Charles Kendrick (Eneida) of Braintree, MA, Kathy Whitley (Jeff) of Fort Myers, FL, Dr. Kareen Worrell (Pete) of New Castle, NH, Kerry Carbone (Tony) of Walpole, MA, Keith Kendrick of Framingham, MA, Kris Kendrick of Land, Kurt Kendrick (Lisa) of Norwood, MA, Kara Kendrick of Lempster, NH and Kim Kendrick of Merrimack, NH. He is also survived by fifty nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
