With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John J. Mahoney Jr. of Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. DeSavache and Ruth M. DeSavache (Ursula) of Quincy, MA; and also Arline. He is survived by: his wife Florence Ellen Pyne (F. E.); his children, Jonathan P. of Wellesley and Daphne C. Bytnar; his granddaughter Elaine E. (Lainey) of Denver; his niece Nancy; his great-nephew Michael Shackley; his niece Carol Bock (Joseph); his great-nephew Daniel of Belmar, NJ; and also, Michael Shackley, Diane Douglas (Matthew Cyphert) and Charles Cyphert of Argyle. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, spouses and their children in his wife.
