She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dean and Dorothy Dean (Reid); her husband Donald R. Fay; and her sister Carol Fallon. She is survived by: her children, Dale M. Clarke (Owen) of Natick, Leslie A. Ororke of Garland, TX, Richard J. Fay (Susan P.) of Wellesley, William S. Fay of East Falmouth, Steven J. Fay of Wellesley, David P. Fay (Denise M.) of Foxboro and Alison L. Casey (late Paul) of Westwood; and her sister Judith (Richard Giere) of North Falmouth. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
