It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Hines Gleason (Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Galvin Hines and Colonel Paul Henry Hines; her grandson Sean Benotti (RyAnn Hall); and her sister Margaret Kierstead. She is survived by: her children, Maryellen Gleason (Kim Ohlemeyer) of Alhambra, CA, Richard Gleason (Diane) of Hopedale, MA, Margaret "Molly" Giordano (Robert) of Mattapoisett, MA, Andrew of Pittsburgh, PA, Peter (Sherry) of Tracy, CA, Carol of Natick, MA, Sarah of Natick, MA and Michael (Brian Johnston) of Somerset, MA.; her grandchildren, Thomas Giordano (Shannon), Michael Giordano, David Giordano, Eliot Ohlemeyer, Jacob Ohlemeyer, Liam Gleason, Catalina Gleason, Paul Gleason, Meghan Gleason and Katie Benotti; her great grandchild Anthony Benotti; and her siblings, Mary Hines of New York City, Paul Hines, Ann-Marie Blute, Peter Hines, Leo Hines and John Hines. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, private interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery later this month.
