He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michelle "Shelly" Panek (Adam) of Webster, William H. Radcliffe III (Tammy) of Southbridge and Matthew P. Radcliffe (Jill) of North Grosvenordale, CT; his grandchildren, Gregory Choquette, Tonya Jermain, Amanda Menard, James Radcliffe, Sarah Menard, Liam Radcliffe and Owen Radcliffe; his brothers, Thomas Radcliffe of Webster, MA and Garrett Radcliffe of Georgia; and his parents, William H. Radcliffe, Sr. and Mary E. Radcliffe (Ziemski). He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
