He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban N. Lavine II and Frances J. Lavine (Wunder). He is survived by: his children, Todd (Heidi Lavine) of Jacksonville, NC, Samantha Nadeau and Robin (Keith Potter) of Charlton; and his siblings, Richard Lavine and Ginger Barone.
