He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Mazieka. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Mazeika (Huttle); his son Paul J. DeGrenier (Tammy) of Webster; his siblings, Paul Mazeika (Joan) of Oxford, John "Jack" Mazeika (Elizabeth) of Millbury, Robert "Bob" Mazeika of Worcester, Margaret "Peggy" Freeland of Jefferson and Maryellen "Pixie" Blunt (William) of Millbury; and his parents, Daniel Mazieka, Sr. and Mary Mazieka (Hamilton). He is also survived by daughter, Veronica L. Weeks and her husband Jason of Vernon, CT; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons.
